Driven by a deep passion for mental health, I earned a master’s degree in Psychology and later expanded my clinical skills and training by completing a second master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I specialize in immigration psychological evaluations and also provide individual and couples psychotherapy. My work integrates psychological insight with a systemic perspective, allowing me to support clients both individually and within their relational contexts.

Individual and couples psychotherapy
I support clients facing a range of life stressors and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and relationship difficulties. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as autism spectrum disorder.
Drawing on my background in psychology and marriage and family therapy, I provide services that address both the individual and the broader relational system, recognizing that personal challenges often exist within larger interpersonal contexts.
My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we work to process thoughts and emotions, develop more effective coping strategies, and build the tools necessary to reach desired outcomes.
For psychotherapy services, I am in-network with several major insurance carriers and plans. However, insurance does not cover immigration psychological evaluations. Credit cards are accepted, and payment plans are available.
I offer convenient online appointments for clients in New York and Florida. I speak English and Polish. Interpretation services are available upon request.
